Payment policy and general rules
- The full payment for the reservation must be made upon check-in.
- Listening to music is prohibited in the rooms or in areas near them.
- Smoking is not allowed in enclosed areas or near the rooms.
- Pets are only allowed with prior reservation and in some rooms.
- We are not responsible for damage to or loss of personal belongings.
- Any damages (wine stains, burns, cuts, etc.) that the guest may cause during their stay will be charged.
- We reserve the right of admission and to refuse service.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our premises, during your stay or transit through our premises.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused on excursions or walks outside our facilities.
Cancellation policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as we rarely make exceptions. To avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate it if you would pay attention to the following:
- No refunds are given.
- Date changes must be made at least 8 days in advance.
- If the guest cancels less than 8 days in advance, the prepayment will not be refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights paid will not be refundable.
- In the event that the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the full price of the booking will be charged and this will not be refundable.
Children's Policy
- Children 0-14: free stay.
- From 14 years old: they are considered adults for tariff purposes.
Pet Policy
- We are pet friendly.
- We accept a maximum of 3 pets per booking.
- No weight limit.
- Prior request or confirmation is required, and it is only allowed in certain rooms.
Additional information
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and is payable upon arrival: €0.70 per adult per night (maximum 7 nights).
